Pest Control Technicians
PestX is one of Central Queensland’s premier companies in Domestic, Commercial and Government asset services. Servicing the Rockhampton, Yeppoon, Gracemere, Mt Morgan and Western areas, we specialise in Termite Management, Termite Baiting, System Installation, Pre- Construction and anything Termite plus General Pest Control along with Bird, Possum and Feral Animal Control. We want to hear from you if you have any of the following:
– General Pest Control Licence; and/or
– Timber Pest Licence.You MUST have the following:
- Manual open drivers licence;
- National Police Check (or ability to obtain);
- Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain);
- Ability to use and access a computer and smart phone;
- A willingness to learn and actively use multi-media (videography and photography) for customer communications;
- A willingness to do more training and learning;
- A preparedness to get site required vaccines, e.g. Annual Flu Shot and COVID-19 Vaccination, Q-Fever Vaccine.
Other beneficial qualifications/licences include:
- Work Safely at Heights;
- Construction Induction card (white/blue card);
- Queensland Fire Arms Licence.

Carpet Cleaners
Full Time Carpet Cleaner Required for Immediate Start.
PestX services the Rockhampton, Yeppoon, Gracemere, Mt Morgan and Western areas, we specialise in Carpet Cleaning, Cleaning and Pest Control. You MUST have the following:
- Manual open drivers licence;
- A dependable and reliable nature.
- National Police Check (or ability to obtain);
- Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain);
- Ability to use and access a computer and smart phone;
- A willingness to learn and actively use multi-media (videography and photography) for customer communications;
- A willingness to carry out training and on-going learning
- A preparedness to get site required vaccines, e.g. Annual Flu Shot and COVID-19 Vaccination.

Administrative Staff
You will be joining a ridiculously hard working and focussed team whose goal is to strengthen and grow the company and serve our customers with a focussed level of excellence.
This position is a vital and pivotal role to our company, as the first point of contact for our customers. The job will require you to liaise with customers, communicate with domestic and commercial clients, support and communicate with staff while simultaneously working across a variety of booking and tracking software platforms. A high attention to detail is paramount, whilst you are organising staff and client schedules. So… if you are a professional plate spinner, this is the place for you. Accurate invoicing, receipting and payment follow up will also be required.
The ideal candidate is someone who can both work both independently, and as a team. You must be outgoing and have a great phone manner. Experience with phone sales is something we would love for the right candidate to have, as there will be times where new business building by phone will be required.

- have previous experience in the building/services/pest control area (not required but beneficial);
- be able to adhere to our no smoking / drug policies;
- have a manual car licence and daily access to a reliable car to get you to work;
- have an affinity for caffeine, served either hot or cold (not required but beneficial for winning other highly caffeinated workmates).
